These clean and comfortable apartments are subsidized, which ensures that no more than 30 percent of the tenant’s income will be spent on the monthly rent. Each property comes with a coin-operated laundry facility with regular maintenance services performed on each washer and dryer. Duplexes are also available, and three of these properties qualify as low-income housing. We require a security deposit that is equivalent to one month’s rent for all of our units. Our apartments are appropriate for people who are living with various kinds of medical conditions, and our respectful staff of managers can assist you in finding the best unit for your needs. If you are a senior citizen or are living with a disability, the best course of action to take is to contact us directly. Ask about our available units for senior citizens, which may qualify for rental subsidies. Tenants who are older than 62 can qualify for a special deduction of medical expenses from the cost of the total rent. This option is also available to disabled tenants who live in our ground-floor apartments as well.
